Waters Tract

This hardwood bottomland and upland buffer along upper Shaw’s Creek is the anchor parcel to protect the water supply of the City of Aiken. Donated to ALC by Jerry Waters, it was gifted to the City and is protected by a conservation easement held by ALC.
