Aiken Land Conservancy Hike Series: Aiken State Park

April 13 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Spring has sprung, and our April hike will take place at a beautiful place to experience it, Aiken State Park. We will look for the best that spring has to offer, including blooming flowers, migratory birds, reptiles, and amphibians. Our route will be the 3-mile Jungle Trail, which passes through interesting wetland habitats. If there is interest after the hike, we will also visit another part of the park to see interesting carnivorous plant species.

This hike is kid-friendly, and dogs are welcome as long as state park rules are followed. There are bathrooms available near the parking area. An admission price of $3 is required to enter the state park.
