The next hike in the ALC Hike Series will take place at Boyd Pond Park. Join us for a two-mile loop around the pond, winding through loblolly pine forest as we look for wildlife along the way. During our hike, we’ll explore the natural features of the park and learn more about the plants, wildlife, and habitats that make this place special. We’ll also learn about Aiken Land Conservancy’s role in protecting 92 acres of the park.

This hike is kid-friendly, so please feel free to bring your little ones along. There is one bathroom along the trail, but it will likely not be open on the weekend. Please plan accordingly.

This hike is open to everyone. No registration is required.

We will meet at the picnic tables in the main parking lot for the park located just north of Boyd Pond Road, west of the pond.
