Houck Long Branch

The property, which is undeveloped, consists of rolling uplands, with forested areas throughout, and areas of wetland along Long Branch. Since the property is located on Long Branch, which drains into Shaws Creek, this easement provides a further opportunity to protect and improve the City of Aiken’s primary water supply. The property also provides open space protection and protection of a relatively natural habitat.
