The next hike in the ALC Hike Series will take place at the Henderson Heritage Preserve. The hike will loop two miles near a large pond, follow a seepage stream upslope, pass by longleaf pine sandhill and will visit a unique rock outcropping. As always, we will search for interesting plants and animals throughout the hike.
This hike is kid-friendly, so please feel free to bring your little ones along. There is no bathroom so please plan accordingly. Leashed dogs are also allowed on this hike. Please wear orange or other bright colors on this hike.
Parking is limited, so this hike is limited to the first 25 people that register on our website. We ask that only one person register per car if you are riding together as a group.
